American Call Center maintains a firm commitment to privacy, security, and lawful processing of personal data, in compliance with the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) and current regulations in Ecuador.

The organization has implemented a Personal Data Protection Policy and Procedures applicable to all its areas, employees, and third parties involved in data processing, ensuring that such processing is carried out under the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, proportionality, and proactive accountability.

American Call Center adopts technical, organizational, and legal measures aimed at protecting the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and traceability of information, from its collection to its secure deletion, considering the nature of the data and associated risks.

The company recognizes and guarantees the rights of personal data subjects, including access, rectification, updating, opposition, deletion, and other rights provided by law, which may be exercised through the official channels defined for their timely and secure attention.

Officer

To ensure proper data processing, a Personal Data Protection Officer is designated, responsible for supervising regulatory compliance, addressing inquiries, and channeling requests from data subjects.
